Visceral vs. subcutaneous fat

My gain has been visceral fat. I have a firm bulging belly. There is some gain/girth on my buttock and thighs but not much. My waist has grown a few inches from 42" to 44". When I'm stuffed I can bloat to 45". But as you can see from most of my picture here I have a firm but bulging belly.

Visceral vs. subcutaneous fat

Like the article says, exercise usually reduces visceral fat before it reduces subcutaneous fat.

Also, Fenugreek is supposed to promote the storage of subcutaneous fat over visceral fat. So there's that.
